This project is located in Aghigh Town, an Arab neighborhood in the southeast of Tehran. The design of this project was assigned to our office after the building’s skeleton was completed, which imposed significant limitations on the design process. One of the most critical constraints was the proximity of the staircase to the northern facade. Ultimately, the design of this building was carried out by incorporating elements of both Iranian and Arab architectural identities. To achieve this, a combination of white stone, representing Arab architecture, and Shushtar stone, one of the most widely used and significant materials in Iranian architecture, was employed in the design of this structure.
